Prezi. The best free presentation tool that isn’t Microsoft PowerPoint

This one is just going to be a quickee! I thought I’d pop this post up as I have fallen in love with the online presentation tool, Prezi.

I have a few websites and would class myself as a photoshop novice, however prezi is a marketing wet dream. I’m pretty sure every sales, marketing and commercial person has had a few death by PowerPoint meetings. To be honest, PowerPoint is jazz! Don’t get me wrong, PowerPoint has been my friend over the years and is a good tool to have in your locker.

If you are a marketeer or a sales person looking for a free online presentation tool, then I’d suggest giving prezi a bash. It will take you a few hours to master the tool, but after a few annoying trials you’ll be up and running. Prezi have a nice set of tip videos and help section so you’ll be a pro in no time.

I think one of the best versions and features of prezi is the ability to give your sales team a version that can be hosted on a website, pc or iPad. Now I know that doesn’t sound too fancy, but this version is none editable….. Which means your sales team can not butcher your on-brand, expertly designed presentation. No cut and paste jobs! Result!
